The residence counts 266 units mostly destined for students with some walk-up family units that fit the private character of the back of the building.
The U-shaped building has a maximized exposure to daylight and takes advantage of the topography to create two separate entries, retain the site, and bury the parking. In addition to that, it creates a private central courtyard that offers tenants access to green space. The choice of materials reflects the colours of the island’s landscape.
